The field of facial haze includes several branches:

1. Face lift by surgery 2. Filling empty tissue (mainly fat tissue depletion) by injecting fat and fillers 3. Emphasis on bone lines (eg, center grafts) 4. Peeling and renewing facial skin. Technologies for tightening facial skin not in surgery

Why surgery? The process of aging of the face and neck is created in all facial layers:

1. The facial bones (cheeks and jaws) undergo a process of absorption and ``emptying``. The lines of the face are not as sharp as they used to be. Gingival and jaws are responsible for creating wrinkles around the mouth and falling mouth angle, upper lip and chin 2. Straps, connective tissue, and facial muscles become looser and toned and shrunken. The face is drooping, the folds and grooves deeper. The subcutaneous fat is disappearing, so the ``volume`` of the face is small and causes the fat pockets to fall down (see picture). Hormonal changes such as lack of menstruation greatly affect the quality of the skin and fat. The skin becomes thinner than wrinkled, dry and lusterless. Usually accompanied by age and sun damage (stains, etc.) 5. Fat pockets and looseness of the upper and lower eyelids.

A perfectly natural look:

When we approach the younger procedure or refresh the face, the main task is to provide a completely natural look. The face must appear appropriate for the age of the patient but in a much better condition than before the procedure. In order to evaluate the success of the treatment, we expect to hear from the patients who did not understand that they had undergone surgery. The change must be such that it will be difficult to determine what actually happened inside and why they look so fresh (the funny thing is that many patients report that their girlfriends thought they had done a new color or haircut). If in the past the bulk of the analysis was based on the principle of ``stretch`` today the situation is completely different. The guiding principle today is ``a completely natural look.`` Once, the results of the facelift could be seen as faces with a ``surprised face,`` too tense and ``unnatural.`` Today, with the development of the facelift area, the story is completely different. A new generation face-lift is a multi-systemic treatment that treats several facial and neck components at the same time, which examines facial changes over the years and provides a natural, fresh and youthful appearance. Natural of the face! Today, the injection of fat is almost a part of a separate patch from the procedure of facial scars. In most facelift surgeries, the fat is extracted mainly from the neck area or other parts of the body and can be injected as a natural filler into the face. </ B>

Under local anesthesia only, most facial surgeries are currently performed under local anesthesia with blurring:

1. By local injection, the face can be easily euthanized (similar to dental treatments in which a simple, non-painful injection is performed and half of the face falls asleep). Because the surgery time is long (2 to 4 hours), we add a slight blurring that helps the patient nap and time to move faster. Under local anesthesia (unlike general anesthesia), the muscle tone inside is preserved. The muscles can be activated and they are not in a state of total laxity as in general anesthesia. This is very important in order to achieve a more natural result rather than a mere stretching of the tissues regardless of the muscles of expression. Under local anesthesia, blood pressure is maintained throughout the procedure and there are no fluctuations in the increase or decrease. Under general anesthesia, however, there will be a significant decrease in blood pressure during surgery with a sharp jump during awakening. This is why under local anesthesia we see far fewer ``blue marks`` or postoperative bleeding. A shorter use of leukemia and bandaging - as mentioned, under local anesthesia - will have a lower risk of sudden changes in blood pressure and bleeding. As a result, there will be a shorter need for use of leaps or compressions. Less edema - For the very same reason, we see at least a swelling, edema or accumulation of fluid in the face. Under local anesthesia there is no recovery stage from general anesthesia. Usually, there is no need for hospitalization and you can return home on the day of surgery. Recovery from this operation is very short and it is possible to leave the house after 3 days.

Tips for a facelift surgery or, why do a facelift?

  • Does stretching the skin along the lower jaw cause a significant change? If so, you are suitable for this surgery. • Face lift surgery also corrects loose neck. In fact, there is no other treatment that can change the neck condition except for a face lift!
Is there a decrease in the volume of the face and not just their falling? If so – suitable for fat injection in addition to the face lift.
Facial lift can also include eyebrow lift, upper and lower eyelid repair, nose surgery and upper lip lift.
Are the lips thin and grooved around? Is the bounding volume missing? Is the upper lip drooping and long? If so, this mode is suitable for lifting the lip, creasing wrinkles and injecting fillers.
Can I raise my eyebrows and look more refreshed? If so – suitable for raised eyebrows combined with a facelift surgery.
Did the earlobes last over the years perhaps because of the use of heavy earrings? If so, the length of the arms can be fixed

All of the above can be performed under local anesthesia only and without the need for general anesthesia or long-term hospitalization.
